Baptism Steps

Follow these simple steps to request a baptism and have fill out the required information

Reserve Date

Contact the Church Office to reserve your date and time of the baptism before continuing.

Fill out Baptism Form

Once you have your date and time confirmed, fill out the Baptism Information Form and pay the service fees..

Fill out Godparent’s Form

Fill out, or have each of the godparents fill out the Godparents form. Each godparent MUST be an Orthodox Christian in good standing with the church.

Godparent’s Letter of Good Standing

If the godparent IS NOT a member of the Saint Nicholas parish, the godparent MUST submit a Letter of Good Standing from his home parish to the church office before the baptism can take place.

Gather Baptismal Items

There are several items that are needed to perform a baptism. You will need these items on the day of the baptism.

Meet with Father

The Fathers request that you meet with them before the baptism. Please contact the Church Office to schedule a time.
